Our fee is a small percentage of the candidate’s total annual salary. We offer a replacement candidate should the appointed employee not meet your requirements within our guaranteed 1-month period.
Our Service of sourcing the ideal candidate for the position
i. Obtain the relevant job specification from the client.
ii. Source database and/or advertise the position.
iii. Interviews a selection of applicants shortlist suitable candidates.
iv. Skills evaluation tests conducted.
v. Co-ordinate client and candidate interviews.
vi. Preparation of curriculum vitae/s and forwarding to clients.
vii. Conduct work reference and background checks, criminal and ITC checks and also education qualifications and license verifications.
